The Story of Lee & Kelly Althoff

Lee and Kelly Althoff are the owners and operators of Country Rhodes Catering. Coming from families of successful entrepreneurs, owning and operating their own business had always been a shared dream for the couple. 

They proudly took over Country Rhodes Catering in May 2019, embarking on a journey that combined their passion for service, family, and entrepreneurship. At the time of the transition, Lee resigned from his career as a special education teacher to dedicate himself full-time to the business, while Kelly continued her teaching career. In December 2021, Kelly also stepped away from education to join Country Rhodes Catering full-time while embracing her role as a stay-at-home mother.

Now, Lee and Kelly are proud parents to three children: Nora, Luka, and Alma. As a family-owned business, they remain committed to providing exceptional service, high-quality food, and a personalized experience for every client they serve. Today, Country Rhodes Catering specializes in large-scale corporate and multi-shift catering events throughout the Midwest, serving hundreds to thousands of guests with fresh, on-site prepared meals using our custom mobile kitchens, making it a refreshing experience for everyone.
